Secretary/Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: • Data entry of invoices on Excel and Quick books • Processing invoices and preparing invoices for client • General administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: • Candidates must have at least 1 year previous administrative experience, ideally in manufacturing or distribution but flexible for the right candidate. • Proficiency in Word and Excel • Strong and accurate keyboarding skills • Manage written and telephone communications between director and third parties • Manage agenda and meeting co-ordination for director, as well as meeting set-up and ensuring that all required meeting documents are ready in ample time Full-time employee required 10 am to 6 pm Salary: $25000 - $30000 per year Required experience: • Administrative: 1 year Job Location: • Steeles & Keele, Toronto E-mail Resumes to info(at), and call 905-767-6655 to set up an appointment.
